Got … Words?

For something fun today, I thought I’d share five of my favorite words.

Did you know there is an adjective form of alacrity? It’s alacritous.

2) Splendid.

Dictionary definition: shining, brilliant; illustrious, grand; excellent, out of the ordinary.

A related great word is resplendent. An even more fun related word is splendiferous.

The word comes from valor which is also a great word. There is an adjective form, valiancy.

4) Elysium.

In classical mythology, the Elysian Fields were the final resting place for souls who were heroic, good, and pure.
